    P0446 EVAP Canister Shutoff Valve (Function) - Below Lower Limit Potential caues: - Purge air line blocked. - Flow resistance of EVAP canister too high. So if the line not plugged then your canister may be bad.

    Yes, the car sill start, idle fine and run pretty well up to 4000 RPM with no MAF.

    Your dealer will need to know if you have option M220 (Limited Slip Differential) and your VIN to get the correct cable (they changed mid year). They run about $315 US Retail.
