  1. If you already replaced the MAF - then it is not connected (that is what the fault says). Check the cable and connector. The MAF would not cause surging at idle - you can disconnect it at idle and the idle will not change.
  2. I think the printed dials will be wrong for your RoW car (will show MPH, etc.) so your best choice would be an RoW cluster.
  3. I bought the Torin Aluminum Jack Stands and really like them. http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/sto...13386_200313386
  4. Loren, what year was this available starting on the 987? I did not have (or see) this option for my 2006. PET does not show a start or end year - so that means MY05-08.

  7. Did you read the FAQ? - I guess not if you tried all the codes here. The security code is unique to your radio serial number. Try 0266 or 0264 Please read this and follow the instructions... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  8. :welcome: P0102 Mass Air Flow Sensor – Below Limit – Open circuit – Short circuit to ground – Mass air flow sensor ABS Fault code 5525 Incorrect data exchange from DME - clear and see if it returns For the surge problems try cleaning the throttle body and MAF (use only approved MAF cleaner). Covered here many times before. If the problem persists then you likely have a bad MAF. For the ABS problem - check your brake lights - do they come on? if not, then you have a bad brake light switch. If they do come on then I would reset the fault and see if it comes back.
  9. I disagree... If you replace the factory intake with the EVO, it is true you probably won't expect any performance gains, and that is because the ECU is still mapped to a factory setting. However, if the ECU is re-programmed to accept the tune (preferably with a combo Intake / Exhaust package). You can expect dyno'd performance gains between 8 - 25 HP depending on the model, and modifications done to the vehicle. Sorry, I can't agree with that statement. 25HP - not without exhaust changes too (and even then a stretch). Yea, I was meaning that 25HP is probably more geared towards an INTAKE + Full exhaust (not just a muffler) but Headers, high-flow cats, lighter exhaust etc. Still though.... you'd have to have your ECU re-programmed just to take advantage of it all. I don't think you'd be gaining a lot unless you tuned the ECU. And.... you may actually lose torque in the mid-range. Even with a dyno you need to mix and match to gain power and not lose torque.
  10. 997.652.051.00 Tire compressor -- US MSRP $302.78 I am sure the good folks at Sunset Imports (Porsche parts at Dealer Cost) can give you a much better price...
  11. Try 8307 or 8305 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  12. We have added the model year 2010 Panamera Option Code Lookup to our Options Codes page. This includes the (as of today) 408 options for the Panamera.
  13. As Todd said... Items 1, 2 and 5, (release lever, release bearing, and pressure plate are different for MY02 and newer cars). Flywheel does not change for any 996.
  14. Try 9226 or 9224 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  15. Thanks. Now I checked under the hood, as well as rear, door jams and could not find any option list plate anywhere. However, I did decode the VIN using the VIN decoder on the forum, and it said I have the following: "3.6-Ltr, 450-bhp, Flat 6-Cyl, 6-Spd Std, 5-Spd Auto, Bosch Motronic" I assume the 450 HP is the X-50 Package? Thanks everyone! It is not a plate it is a sticker. There should also be a copy in the maintenance manual (if you have it).
  16. Fronts are the same offset - but the rears are quite different.
  17. As stated before here - those "free" manuals are not up to date and missing most of the 99 supplements.
  18. According to what RFM said if both are model year 2004 you should be okay.
  19. DME is behind in the engine compartment front left.
  20. Try 9294 or 9292 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  21. Clear the codes - if they come back you do have a problem. You also may need to see what your MAF is doing - if it is bad it might give erroneous air flow readings.
  22. :welcome: If your car is a 5 speed or 6 speed the reverse switch is right on the top of the transmission - I would use that.
