  1. :welcome: Please do a search here on P1123 - you will find many many many discussions on it.
  2. Try 0396 or 0394 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  3. If it is a new care it will say 4S. If the car is used - anyone could "badge" it anyway they wanted.
  4. Thanks Loren. Is there any difference with this part no.955.358.901.04? Thanks. sclee That part number is marked for MY09 and newer Cayenne's only - and - it is almost twice the price.
  5. Sorry, I can not agree with that. Porsche does not make any of their own audio or NAV equipment - but then again maybe that is the problem.
  6. :welcome: 955.358.901.01 air compressor w/bracket -- US MSRP $726.33 If you live in the US or Canada you can likely get a much better price from Sunset Imports (Porsche Parts at Dealer Cost).
  7. Only way I know to calibrate the top is with a PST2 or PIWIS.
  8. Try 7051 or 8049 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  9. Try 5353 or 5351 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  10. Could you please describe where the 4 screws are in order to remove the console.... I found both in the bottom of the tray burt where are the other two???? Thanks Dwight :welcome: Two in the tray - one under the liner and the other under the coin holder. There is one more screw at the very front of the console under the shifter boot and one under the ashtray. The B&M short shifter instructions for this are quite good and have pics for console removal. B_M_997_install.pdf
  11. Either a loose/bad connection or a bad sender in most cases.
  12. I'm in if this is happening again.. I'm in Roseville. If not, does anyone know a good shop in the area for an oil change/brake fluid flush and a short shifter install on an 06 Cayman S !? We are trying to set this now - expect a date 4-6 weeks out... more to come.
  13. Do they look like this? (just dirtier) Pagid orange are not usually used for street use - they are considered a club racing pad.
  14. Then they could be aftermarket pads - which could mean Pagid (or other brand) racing pads. That is normal for race pads. If it really bothers you then do a pads replacement with factory parts and dampeners.
  15. Try 5391 or 5389 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  16. I would never remove the bulb - besides I think you LEDs not bulbs. Check the sender at the fluid tank - take it out of the circuit (disconnect the electrical wires) and test the rest of the circuit by shorting the two wires then opening them and observing the light. If the short/open test works then it has to be the sensor. If not then you will likely need a PST2 or PIWIS to troubleshoot the PSM controller and instrument cluster.
  17. :welcome: Model and year of your car? Factory or aftermarket brake pads? The ebrake uses brakes shoes inside the rear rotors they are not the same as normal braking.
  18. Please read this and follow the instructions... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST Please read the FAQ and post in proper thread. This thread is closed.
  19. Take it out and spray the end with the delicate metal film and diode.
  20. Try 0559 or 0557 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  21. Item 26 996.606.150.00 oil level sender -- US MSRP $53.30 Try the folks at Sunset Imports (Porsche Parts at Dealer Cost) for better pricing.
  22. 1. Covered here many times before in different threads. 2. That is why you are checking for oil in the throttle body - a bad AOS will have allow a lot of oil in the throttle body - whereas normally you just have very light film (and carbon). If there is a lot of oil in the throttle body then you might want to find a skilled mechanic as the AOS can be a bear to change for first timers. 3. Only use MAF cleaner on the MAF - too many folks have ruined them with the wrong chemicals.
  23. Yes, have Autozone test the load strength and each cells specific gravity. If anything comes back bad or low replace the battery.
