What part of breaking the rules here do you not understand? You are asking someone to break the law. DO NOT POST COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL HERE - OR ASK THAT IT BE POSTED HERE.
  2. Porsche does not sell trim paint so I would just take it to body/paint shop and ask them what they would use. The bad news is you might have to buy enough to paint a few hundred. or Try Eric at BumperPlugs.com - his folks can match most Porsche colors once he has a sample.
  3. Porsche calls it "mat chrome" on the C4S. On a C4 and Carrera (and Targa) they use "lacquered titanium"
  4. Try 8819 or 8817 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  5. Start by posting your question in the correct forum. Based on your 1997 C2 - ask in the 993 forum. Thanks.
  6. No throttle cable a MY2000 - MY2000 on has eGas.
  7. PM me your VIN and I will check it for you.
  8. :welcome: Here are all the 944 colors I see in the parts list. 944_colors.txt

  10. Anytime you add or remove items from the MOST fiber optic bus system - it is best re-initialize the system and verify the components with a PIWIS tester.
  11. Oh good, but that wasn't the place i was thinking of. I found it eventually. http://www.wheelenhancement.com/ Alan. Wheel Techniques is in Santa Clara CA (Northern California - Bay area) Wheel Entrancement is in Culver City, CA (Southern California - between LA and Santa Monica)
  12. You nailed it. It took me an hour to figure out the O was a 0...who makes these choices? I also found the nifty decoder under documents... WP0 is for Germany - Porsche http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_identification_number
  13. I think it is: MG = Main Group SG = Sub Group and then Illustration number These match the same groups in the service manuals and PIWIS. For MY2008 Cayenne: 904_05.pdf 807_35.pdf
  14. Tell me which 'MG' and 'SG' pages you want and I'll download them for you later tonight.
  15. Try 1521 or 1519 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  16. All of the X51 parts are listed in the TSB 7/02 1001 Option X51 - Increased Engine Performance -- dated 12-6-02. You have access to that TSB as a Contributing Member.
  17. Year and model of your car please? Do have NAV? which option?
  18. You don't see many worn out throttle bodies. Unless it was damaged I doubt the (metal) throttle body is bad. I would get a second opinion.
  19. Sorry, my program only works on the later model (Becker) CD and CDR series.
  20. You need to have the fault codes read by someone with the Durametric software, a PST2 or PIWIS tester.
  21. Sorry, I misunderstood. Yes, you can buy the boot separately (if you are sure the coil pack is ok). The boot only is: 996.602.103.01 Spark plug connector -- US MSRP $17.64 If you buy the whole coil pack (MSRP about $68) the boot comes with it.
  22. Could be either mount - best to inspect both.
  23. Yes, you can do it yourself. Why would you replace the throttle body if the codes say throttle jacking unit (which attaches to the throttle body)?
  24. 1. No trick - just pull harder (and straight). 2. Yes, pretty much. The 997 has a tab that hooks over the end to keep it in place - 9x6 series cars had the tab but they seemed break the first time you used them  3. A bleeder is a one $50 investment that you can use on all your cars. I would guess you are looking at 1-2 hours labor at most shops.
  25. It sounds like you are talking about the oil tubes. Your car is 1998 so if it were mine I would replace all the oil tubes. It has been described here before and in a TSB.
