  1. I think you will need the GT3 wiring harness for the rear deck lid. It was the same way on the older series (997-1 and 996).

  6. If both headlights start slowly or are intermittent then I would suspect the headlight switch. A1 & A2 (High beam) for each side are 15 A regardless of headlight used. As are A9 & A10 (Low beam) for both headlight styles.
  7. There are 24 pages of wiring diagrams for the MY2000 Boxster - and I have no idea what you want. My advice is to start with a battery test and then consider a bad ignition switch - both are very common on a 10 year old car.
  8. DUTCH VanAtlanta is correct the installation TSB is 25 pages long.
  9. It should be a straight swap - but be sure to tell the parts person your model and year as there have been (at least two) updates.
  10. Car 2 is offered by a Porsche dealer, Car 1 is not. The saleman I spoke to told me CPO is exactly like a new car warranty, everything covered under new car is covered under CPO. I looked at posts here with CPO info and it looks like after 8/2008 it is pretty comprehensive. John You can download the Porsche CPO Brochure with full descriptions here

P0446 EVAP Canister Shutoff Valve (Function) - Below Lower Limit Possible fault causes: Fault area - Purge air line blocked. - Flow resistance of EVAP canister too high. 1 - EVAP canister purge valve 2 - EVAP canister 3 - Purge air 4 - Tank 5 - Pressure sensor 6 - Shutoff valve 7 - Operating purge valve 8 - To intake manifold 9 - Vacuum control valve

  15. Not sure about the under panels on the 2010 cars but you are looking for the tank and drain plug item 21. Be sure to use a second wrench on the nut above the drain plg so you do not put pressure on the tank weld point.
  16. Try 8869 or 8867 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST Hi Loren: Thank you for your help. unfortunately these codes did not work PLEASE read the FAQ.

  18. ECU (DME) for both model years is 5.2.2 - so they are the same. You will need to keep your ECU or your keys and alarm will not work and you won't be able to start the car. If your ECU was working before there is no reason to change it.
  19. Try 4964 or 4962 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  20. Correct. In the older Litronics system the low beam is Xenon and the high beam is a mix of both the low beam Xenon and high beam H4 bulbs.
