  1. Did you order the longer bolt too? I think the bolt is longer on the 3.8.
  2. I think that is fuel tank vent - other side goes to the charcoal canister - correct?
  3. Drivers, drivers, drivers - a cloned image will not work on many laptops because Windows 3.11 use specific hardware drivers. We also do not condone making copies of copyrighted materials.
  4. pin 2 is power pin 1 closes the valve pin 3 opens the valve I think it goes in steps so it may only move a small amount each time you ground pin 1or 3. Check continuity first - most bad valves are open.
  5. Is this a US /Canada car or RoW?
  6. I think the part you are looking for is: 999.590.046.40 Disc cam -- US MSRP $0.38 each

  17. Go through the engine access panel behind the seats.
  18. Use the minus button on the HVAC controls and turn the HVAC (and fan) off. It will show "oFF" in the display when it is off.
  19. Porsche just raised prices today (no joke) - so if you find someone with one in stock - they bought it at the old (lower) price.
  20. You can read and reset all the fault codes. The way I understand it in version 6 software Durametric added programming of special functions found mostly in the newer cars (997-1 and newer). So if you have an older car (9x6 series) you would not have many (if any) of these capabilities anyway.

  23. Take the belt off and check all the pulleys for wobble. Replace any that wobble.
