  3. Yes, you can try even numbers or your dealer or Becker. I assume you got the serial number using the method in the FAQ?
  4. Try 9675 or 9673 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  5. The only DME's used on the 9x6 series (to my knowledge) were 5.2.2, 7.2 and 7.8. Ground "Term 31" is chassis ground so you should be good there but connect all grounds (that are labeled term 31) - different power and circuits within the DME.
  6. Please make sure your leak is from the cam covers before you go to all this trouble.
  7. The crankshaft position sensor is in the engine bell housing surround the flywheel (where it gets it's signal).
  8. 56 is the chassis (battery negative) ground. If they were the same why would they have two pins?
  9. Try 9116 or 9114 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  10. Yes, Item 18 would be correct. 996.106.226.52 Joining socket -- US MSRP $4.57
  11. No DIY because it is so simple I guess. Un-plug the MAF. Remove the two secure Torx screws. Spray the MAF inside and out liberally with only MAF Sensor Cleaner. Let dry. Re-assemble and plug back in. Done.
  12. :welcome: Perhaps this will help: http://www.radio-code.co.uk/blaupunkt-montreal-cr40-p355.html
  13. :welcome: Do a search here and you will find instructions on replacing the microswitch. You are lucky - usually it breaks and then you can't put the top up or down.
  14. Not an original 2003 amp then. 2003 was Harman and BOSE and both were on the fiber network (MOST).
  15. MY2003 Boxster M490 Amp (MOST)
  16. Here is the oil you need ;) (sorry couldn't resist) Yes, this is real and it is about $30 for 3 liters (in Japan).
  17. Try 4124 or 4122 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  18. :welcome: Very nice car!
  19. AOS = Air Oil Separator. Yes remove the broken pieces (make sure you get them all out). Insert the new plastic piece with new screw type hose clamps. Refill the system using Porsche coolant (or equal). For best results you will need a vacuum filling tool (like the UView 55000).
  20. Or use the link on the from home page.... Thanks Geoff!
  21. The part numbers are next to the wheels.
  22. Try 1483 or 1481 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  23. Looks like the cooling line for the AOS - and that plastic joining piece looks broken. 999.137.052.40 Intermediate piece -- US MSRP $2.10 plus 2 crew clamps
  24. http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?/tutorials/article/180-cabin-air-filter-2004-s/
