  1. There is no airbag code 32. The airbag circuit has nothing to do with the rear window defroster. Maybe time for anew shop.... Find a good shop with a Porsche PST2 tester or Porsche PIWIS tester and have then run diagnostics and give you the printed results. That is my best suggestion.
  2. You can always Contribute to the cost of running this site... just click the Donate button at the top right of any page. Thank you.
  3. Please read follow the instruction in the Lost Radio Code FAQ
  4. Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ "Can you give me a code for my PCM? These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/OPC. The PCM?s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested. Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/OPC."
  5. Please check your serial number using the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ
  6. You can download the CDR-220 Owners Manual here It explains all of the functions of the radio. This thread is for Lost Radio Codes - so if you have other questions please post them in the appropriate forum. Thank you.
  7. I would clear the codes - open and close both doors - lock the car -unlock the car -- then read the codes again. It should be more definitive after that.
  8. Looks like case sealant to me.
  9. http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/31172-wiper-motor-replacement/
  10. Are you sure your motor is bad and that the linkage is not slipping? (I removed your other 3 messages that all said the same thing - one post per topic please)
  11. If you are changing the engine ECU then the new ECU will need to be programmed for your immobilizer/alarm controller (or the car will not even start).
  12. Yes the Tiptronic had it's own control module (computer) that talks to the car's other control modules. The standard transmissions (both 5 speed and 6 speed) are all mechanical and have no control module. Are you considering changing your Tiptronic out for a manual transmission? If so, that could be quite a bit of work.
  13. The Retail Parts Price Search feature (for our Contributing Members) has been updated to reflect February 2014 retail pricing for the US. We try to update this on a monthly basis as the price lists come available to us. For February 2014 the parts price list supports: US: 359,942 parts Thanks again to Contributing Member Porschelibrarian for his help in obtaining these lists!
  14. U0418 - Stop light switch Possible fault causes: - Open circuit in signal wire from stop test switch - Stop light switch faulty
  15. Sorry - when it come back as invalid S/N - there is nothing I can do. You will need to contact Becker Autosound in your country.
  16. It does not appear so. Maybe later - like the Cayenne Diesel?
  17. Please check your serial number using the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ - this one comes back as invalid S/N
  18. If you are interested in the 2015 (MY) Macan S or Macan Turbo - we have the US sales brochure here
  19. Has the car been sitting a long time? If so, then your gas (petrol) may have turned to "varnish" and gummed up the check valves in the fuel pumps.
  20. Just make sure that all the connectors are protected and not touching chassis - be as brief as possible.
