  4. I believe he is correct - the pulley is just a pulley and the bearing is in the pump housing. Looks like a new pump is in order.

  6. Yes, all are replaceable (Alternator, AC, and power steering. Use an engine stethoscope to find the location of the noise.

  11. Sorry, that is what you need the Porsche diagnostic tester for. You will need a shop with a Porsche PIWIS 1 or PIWIS 2 tester.
  12. The nuts just carve a thread into the soft brass of the crest when they are installed. I usually end up just pulling them off with needle nose pliers. The nuts are inexpensive but the crests by gone up by a factor of 10x in the last few years.
