  1. 8" fronts are fine - I have them on my MY99 - stay with the same offset and you can go to a 235 front without rubbing.
  2. My program has 4, 5, 6, or 9 presets For a total of 10 lets choose 5: try 44123 or if the total is really 12: try 34622 If neither of those work then I am sorry and you may need to contact Becker.
  3. How many presets on the radio?
  4. He's closer to me in Roseville and I have Durametric Pro, Porsche PST2, Porsche PIWIS, and Porsche PIWIS 2.
  5. I guess you never found our Option Codes Look-up?
  6. We have never tried that model. Try this 5 digit code: 94628
  7. (removed post) Just a reminder per the site Guidelines/Rules: " No commercial posting, signatures, user names, avatars, or profile statements (including images) are allowed."
  8. It can still cause a fault code if the switch is not properly adjusted (covered elsewhere here). Fault code 29 -- Motor of outside air / re-circulation valve Signal implausible Fault code 29 1. Check outside air / re-circulation valve for smooth operation. 2. Unplug connectors A, B, C and D from the heating/air-conditioning control. 3. Unplug connector from outside air / re-circulation valve drive motor. 4. Connect ohmmeter to connector D 13 and drive motor connector pin 1. 9. In his case he needed to check his optional rear brakes.
  10. The MAFs are not needed for starting or idle. You can disconnect them and the car will start and idle fine (you will get a fault code though).
  11. I think you will need to check your option codes and find out what size front brakes you have. If you do not have your option codes then PM me your VIN and I'll look it up for you.
  12. Step 1 is to inspect the connector and speed pickup sensor wiring. Have you done that?
  13. Fault 0721 -- Output shaft inductive speed (Output Speed Sensor Circuit Range/Performance)
  14. Please READ and follow the instructions in the Lost Radio Code FAQ Only post your request in the thread specified in the Lost Radio Code FAQ. This topic is now closed.
  15. A malfunction of the stop light switch can cause this fault. The stop light switch must have switched before a brake pressure is recognized. When the brake pedal is actuated, the stop light switch and the brake lights are triggered. That is the most common cause - I would start there.
  16. :welcome: If you want to know what is going on you will need a Porsche specific diagnostic tool like Durametric or find a shop with a Porsche PIWIS or PIWIS 2 tester. Have them do a complete diagnostic report back the fault code(s). Post those here and we can make recommendations. Without the fault codes everything is just a guess (and those can get expensive).
