  1. +1 I highly recommend this method - it can save you hours and hand injuries.
  2. If your car does not have PCM (or never had it) then just ignore the PCM faults. I have see false errors with a PST2, and PIWIS on 996 series cars that do not even have PCM. Perhaps someone else has a source for connectors...
  3. So are you saying everything is working but the code do not clear? If that is the case then Durametric may not be able to clear them and you will likely need a PIWIS or PIWIS 2 tester to clear them. As I recall PIWIS is also capable of running a CAN test.
  4. Looks like that document is not available in PIWIS. If you look at all the other 997-2 logos they are all 45 mm up from the bottom edge of the rear lid. Then centered on the lid left to right.
  5. Try 0782
  6. Item 17 - Fastening part? If so, 996-631-077-00 -- US MSRP $23.92 each
  7. Try 5794
  8. What is the model name/number on the faceplate of the radio?
  9. That would depend on the model and year of your car.
  10. How do you know you need a clutch? I got 135,000 plus miles out of the clutch on my last Porsche and that included track time and at least 12 autocrosses per year. It all comes down to driving properly and not using it for a torque converter (IMHO).
  11. Have they tried re-programming it with their PIWIS 2?
  12. I have a 200 porsche boxster s im needing a radio code for...... 4462 #y5040497 Try 9076
  13. Try 1875
  14. Try 9579 Tried that code, doesn't work, any other options? Thanks D Did you follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ? If not, please do so and then re-submit the correct serial number. Radio is out of the car, number came off the deck. Guess next step is call Porsche and see if they can recover the code or reset with a new code? Thanks D They can not reset it and they will likely charge you find the serial number and code. Why not put it back in the car (briefly) to get teh displayed serial number - then I can get the code for you.
  15. Try 9579 Tried that code, doesn't work, any other options? Thanks D Did you follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ? If not, please do so and then re-submit the correct serial number.
  16. Try 9579
  17. Try 5458
  18. Try 1051
  19. Try 5851
  20. Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ and use the instructions there.
  21. :welcome: P2402 DMTL – Tank Leakage Diagnostics Module, pump output stage Possible fault causes: - Open circuit, short circuit to B+ or short circuit to ground of activation line for DMTL pump motor - Open circuit in the power supply to the DMTL - DMTL – Tank Leakage Diagnostics Module faulty - DME control module faulty
  22. Try 0249
  23. Try 5087
  24. 19 ftlb plus or minus 3.5 ftlb. Yes, likely a stubby crows foot.
  25. That is how Porsche labels them on the wiring diagram. In Porsche terminology the following is true on all Porsche cars: Terminal 31 = ground Terminal 30 = unswitched power Terminal 15 = switched power
