  7. Yes, pretty much a direct part replacement. It is best to disconnect the battery and let the engine program re-learn the idle and power curves after the new installation.
  8. Okay, I see now. You can rent or buy a spring compressor or... Attach the top 3 studs and bolts first - then carefully use a bottle jack (or floor jack) to push the bottom of the shock up to the mounting point.
  9. Use the weight of the car to compress the spring -- carefully. I have done this dozens of times.
  10. Lower the car just a tad so that the upper mount will go through. You need a little pre-load.
  11. That serial number looks too short. Please check the serial number useing the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ
