    To re-learn: press hold window down switch - continue holding for 10 seconds once it reaches all the way down. Do the same for window up - press and hold for 10 seconds.     If you have an engine misfire then you have fault code(s) or pending faults. Either your Durametric needs updating or you need to find a Porsche diagnostic tool.

    You need to run full diagnostics on the car using Durametric or a Porsche diagnostic (i.e. PST2, PIWIS, or PIWIS 2). Everything is a guess without fault codes provided by any of these tools.

    If a relearn of the window function does work then it is likely a bad microswitch in the door handle. Covered many times here.
