  1. It is all covered int he CDR-220 Owner Manual. If you do not have one you can download it here
  2. There is plenty of information here in the DIY Tutorials for 996 series.
  3. These codes say your triggering unit(s) are not connected or shorted out. You may need to double check all airbag control box connections. If Durametric can not reset these then you will likely need a Porsche PST2 or PIWIS to do so.
  4. You do know that all setting must be done on perfectly level ground? Also, have the headlight bases been replaced? If so, then they may not have adjusted the headlight base (mounts) to proper heights. If all the mechanicals are correct then you might need a PIWIS diagnostic tool to check for faults in the HBA controller.
  5. UView 550000 Airlift Cooling System Leak Checker and Airlock Purge Tool Kit
  6. Search is your friend here... 7 pages of people with the same problem and several solutions. http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/1728-horn-problem/
  7. Please read and follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ.
  8. I answered this for you before September 14, 2014 -- please write it down this time. http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/14539-lost-radio-code-post-your-request-here/?p=259465
  9. Yup sounds like (sorry for the pun) you have a bad connection in the steering wheel. Use the right tools and care when removing the airbag and be mindful of the airbag clock spring. You can test each door switch with a PST2, or PIWIS tester or an ohm meter (out of the circuit). Either way the door panel has to come off for the final repair.
  10. I maybe OCD but I always check them - you never know when some handler has dropped one. Hence I look for cracks too.
  11. The procedure should be in your Owners Manual. If you do not have one you can download one here.
  12. The complete list is only available in the Porsche Service Manuals. PAS Fault 8005 - Terminal 86S Possible fault causes - Wiring between PAS control module and terminal 86S relay faulty - Open circuit in the power supply - Terminal 86S relay faulty - PAS control module faulty Terminal 86S relay does not function and therefore no other control modules (airbag control module,…) function either.
