  1. Yes, I agree at this point I would wait for Durametric so you can see more of what is going on.
  2. Coil packs on that model years cars were known to cause misfires. Make sure you are using the latest coil packs. Look for obvious signs of cracks in the coil packs and/or remove each one and test with an ohm meter. Since you do not have camshaft deviation faults I would not go there yet.

  8. I would hope they took the time to clean the electrical connections on the both the throttle valve positioner and the accelerator pedal electrical connector. Using their PIWIS tester they can check to see if the throttle butterfly is opening all the way when you press the accelerator pedal - if it does not then the e-gas throttle valve positioner or the accelerator pedal sensor is not working to send the signal. I would expect an MAF fault if the throttle butterfly was not opening.
  9. A dealer would use Porsche's PIWIS tester. But any good 3rd party (good accuracy) digital thermometer will work.

  11. If you can get both stage 1 and stage 2 fans speeds then the resistors are likely okay.

  13. Sorry, I can not help with that. We can only help with the radios listed in the Lost Radio Code FAQ .
  14. Yes, make sure you keep your Boxster top drains clear of debris. If not they will overflow and cause major damage to alarm/door lock circuitry in the control box under the left seat (I think it is the left seat even on LHD cars).
