  1. Here is an archived copy... OBC Hack.pdf
  2. Have you tried clearing it and seeing if it returns?
  3. Water splashes up during a rain - I doubt you do that when you wash the car. Coils packs can easily be tested with an ohm meter: The resistance between terminal 1 and terminal 15 at 20°C: 0.3 - 0.7 Ohms Likewise with the spark plug connectors: Resistance: approx. 2 k Ohms
  4. Didn't read the Lost Radio Code FAQ... "CDR-23 (or later):These radios do not have a security code - that is, not that the user enters. These radios are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. The radios are programmed and recognized by the car’s DMEand can only be replaced by a shop with a PST2 or PIWIS. These radios will not request a code when battery power is disconnected."
  5. I already answered this here: and you even thanked me twice...
  6. Sorry, my bad - you are talking about the liner. 999,507.764.40 Clip -- US MSRP $2.40 each
  7. Exact model and year of your car, please?
  8. Exact model and year of your car, please?
  9. If you are talking about items 22 and 23 they are about $1.00 each from your local dealer. You would need 8 of each.
  10. You need to see what is there and what is not - at the wires. You will need a Multi-meter that does DCV (DC volts) as well as ohms (resistance). Check for power (lights on) and grounds with DCV. Then trace back where you lose the signal - either a poor ground or a broken/pinched power wire.
  11. I would get any wheel and tire issues fixed first. Check the alignment and correct if needed. Then see if you still have slip issues. A bad tire/wheel combination can cause slip or even perceived slip because the 4 wheel drive is trying to correct for wheel/tire problems. After correcting any wheel tire issues then change the transfer case oil - and I highly recommend Porsche specified oil only. Too many bad stories about alternate oils in both the transmission and transfer case.
