  1. Not everything on a TT is the same as a Carrera. I have sent you want you asked for.
  2. Did you check the fuse on the back of the radio?
  3. We have not seen (or gotten) the MY09 Order Guides yet.
  4. Um... I think 3.8 liter cars use DME 7.8.4 (not 7.8).
  5. The brake wear light turns on when the sensor wears through and breaks the connection. So, any method of jumpering the wires at the connector will work.
  6. :welcome: TSB 16/07 2820 Bar Ignition Modules (Coils) -- dated Jul 5, 2007 states: "Replace all installed bar ignition modules (Part No. 948.602.104.00 or 948.602.104.01) with modified bar ignition modules (Part No. 948.602.104.03)" All TSBs are available here to view for our Contributing Members.
  7. It is not glue - Porsche used double sided tape.
  8. Make sure you use "finalized" CDs with MP3 files. Multi-session will not work.
  9. Remove the sensors and jumper them or use a wire as a jumper and tie them off to a suspension piece (that does not pull on the wire).
  10. For the CDR-220: Try 2994 or 2992 For the CDR-210: Try 6400 or 6398
  11. Please do a search - ALL of those codes have been covered here before.
  12. http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...ost&p=82150
  13. Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  14. I sent you a PM...
  15. "...there is a TSB on this." Contributing Members here can view all Porsche TSBs.
  16. The latest US price list shows that number "99610614708 EQUALIZING TANK $274.55" PET does not.
  17. Please post your requests once - you already posted this in a different thread. Thank you.
  18. On a Boxster the muffler is not in the way - so it is much easier.
  19. IMHO that is way too much. Is your car under warranty - if so those cracked ignition coils should be replaced free. If it is not under warranty, all the coil packs should be replaced - there is a TSB on this.
  20. On a new cluster the answer is yes a dealer could set the correct mileage. The question is whether they are willing to program your car as a 996 (so they can code the cluster) and then change it back to 986 afterward.
  21. no clue, but Durametrics will clear the light. good luck. Can any OBD2 reader pull a Porsche fault code? Some yes - some no. Remember there are DME fault codes (which most readers can see) but there are also ABS, airbag, HVAC, instrument cluster, PSM, PCM, etc., etc. controllers that can also have fault codes.
  22. If you wanted to lower the car I would suggest the RoW C4S suspension. That way you get a Porsche tuned suspension and lowering.
  23. Each code is specific to your serial number. It would be pure luck if any of the other codes here worked for your radio. Try 8262 or 8260
