  1. I still think you have corrosion in that connector.
  2. Correct, that is the factory fill for the last several years.
  3. Yep, cover in several TSBs.
  4. Please read this and follow the instructions... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  5. Please try our Search feature next time... http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...ost&p=15531
  6. :welcome: With all due respect the wheel value is a little high.
  7. I do not know for sure. The wheels are the same size and offset. I would say very likely yes on an RS (more fender space) -- maybe on a regular GT3 with the right spacers.
  8. 3.6 liter, 320 HP used in MY05 C2/C4/C4S
  9. Please read this and follow the instructions... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  10. Can you get the exact code? The track tech inspection would be up to the event sanctioning group's rules (and insurance).
  11. Check the wear sensor connectors.
  12. My part numbers come from Porsche's PET parts list system and they are current.
  13. I agree with Todd some of the Durametric codes explanations are wrong. When did you last update your software? (it's free updates you know)
  14. Try our Search feature - it works really well ;) http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...ost&p=10388
  15. Good point!
  16. Brown is ground - so the other wire color is important.
  17. It would be helpful to have the model and year of your car and the color code on each of the two wires.
  18. Follow the OBC hack DIY to remove the steering wheel and then check the bushings and connector wire. Both have been covered here elsewhere.
  19. I would put one of those Porsche testers on it - it will tell you exactly where the problem is.
  20. Turbo shift knob in black leather and aluminum: 997.424.981.00.8YR -- are you sitting down? US MSRP $1415.34 Handbrake lever in black leather and aluminum: 997.424.980.00.8YR US MSRP $781.27
  21. :welcome: Most OBD II code readers do not read Porsche specific alarm fault codes. You would need the Durametric Software, a PST2 or PIWIS tester to read alarm fault codes. What country are you in? Alarm controls are slightly different for some countries. The alarm siren/horn is mounted next to the battery (under front hood). You can always test it out of the car with a 12 volt source.
