  1. Here is the PSE relay wiring diagram (for MY04) - match this and you will be fine.
  2. I think it is easier that way and it only takes a few seconds to pop them out.
  3. Are you sure you are reading the terminal connections correctly?
  4. Throttle Body - 997.605.115.01 -- US MSRP $290.87 (4th generation throttle body)
  5. Bump from the dead. Loren, what about just for the lid and 2 small side pieces? This what is available (in many leather colors) - just not embossed - that is special order.
  6. Slipping is usually a clutch disc/pressure plate issue. Having the pedal stay to the floor sounds like a hydraulic problem (fluid, slave or master cylinder issue). Best check the brake fluid level - if it is okay then you likely have a bad slave or master clutch cylinder. I would start with that problem and then see if the slipping continues or not.
  7. Item 4 955.421.020.13 Cardan Shaft -- US MSRP $726.16 Porsche book time is: 150 Time Units (or just under 2 hours) I sent you a PM with the process.
  8. If the noise is on the transmission area (not a the foot pedal) then the transmission would need to come out and the release lever and bearing would likely need to be replaced.
  9. Read post 6 above - Sandy's solutions is the best IMHO. Yes, I still show the gloss switch as available (but pricey).
  10. Item 1 or item 4 (long or short one)?
  11. Different mounting points as the GT2 has coil-overs. I think TRG might have some new mounts that would work.
  12. Model and year of your car? How many miles? When was the brake fluid/clutch fluid last changed?
  13. To look it up I would need model and year of your car and what color leather.
  14. Did you try Sunset Imports (Porsche Parts at Dealer Cost)?
  15. A DIY article with pics would be great - always good for the next guy in line. Thanks!
  16. Thanks Loren, I did look there, but couldn't see them. I'll look again! Regards Adam Do a search for "sport exhaust" in the TSB section.
  17. 996.107.981.00 Engine protection plate -- US MSRP $108.16
  18. That would be your option. If it were me I would use Locktite as long as the screws are not damaged at removal.
  19. Cars - For Sale Please follow the rules. Items for sale (by individuals) and/or links to your auction sites. Absolutely No Commercial sellers please. If you are unsure please PM an admin before posting here. Once items are sold they will be marked as "Closed" topics.
  20. There is a 6 page TSB on installing the Roof Rails. Available here to Contributing Members or you can try to get your dealer to give you a copy. TSB 2/04 6687 Roof Rail Installation Instructions -- dated Feb 25, 2004
  21. This is why people become Contributing Members here - because they have access to Porsche documentation. From the TSB... "Concern: At an ambient temperature near 41° F (+5° C) or lower, a humming / vibration noise may be noticeable after cold start for approximately 30 seconds. Information: This noise is caused by oscillations in the fuel system piping. This noise is mainly noticed in the dashboard area or front luggage compartment. As of February 10, 1997, production and engine number 65V 04654, a modified fuel pressure regulator and fuel return line are installed. Repairs: In case of a customer complaint, the new fuel pressure regulator and fuel return line can be installed. Parts: 993 110 199 01 Fuel pressure regulator 996 110 316 07 Fuel return line"
  22. The instructions are in the TSB section (which you as a Contributing Member have access to). The switch is sold separately.
  23. TSB 4/97 24 Humming / Vibration Noise from Fuel Return System -- dated 4-29-97.
  24. Why would codes from someone else's radio work on yours? Try 8378 or 8376
