    Yes, the part numbers are different for 3.4 liter Tips and 6-speeds but not for 3.6 liter cars. I have not been able to find any information why.

    I think you will need to take the front bumper cover off to get good access to them. Removing 1. Cut welded joint 1.1. Mill off welded joint on the inside of the air grill 1 using a suitable taper cutter 4. 2. Unclip air grill 2.1. Unhook locking hooks 5 of air grille 1 with a screwdriver 3. Remove air grill 3.1. Remove air grill 1 inwards Installing 1. Position air grille 2. Clip air grill into place 2.1. Press air grill into front apron until all locking hooks 1 of air grill 5 are felt to engage Note: When re-installing existing and fitting new components, the welded joint between the reinforcement 3 and the front apron 2 can be omitted.

    I am not sure what you mean - the grills for a turbo are different because the bumper cover is different. Are you trying to put a Turbo front bumper cover on?

    Yes, try some CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner.

    They are mounted to the inside of the valve stems (items 1 to 4).

    Just unbolt the sensors from the old wheels and install them on the new wheels.

    I don't know that anyone has installed a set of coilovers on a Cayenne. Do you have a source for them (Bilstein?)?

    Yes, if you have a stock C2 suspension then you would use stock C2 alignment - body and wheels are irrelevant.
