  1. This is what I purchased -- $10.33 Works great. CTA Tools 2574 Low-Profile Metric Cap Socket - 36mm
  2. I don't recall that is needed. Only the radio (or PCM) are coded top the car. The rest of the system is just coded present or not present.
  3. P1539 Camshaft Adjustment, Bank 2 P1324 Timing Chain out of Position, Bank 2 - Above Upper Limit/Below Lower Limit P1313 Misfire, Cylinder 1, Emission Relevant P1314 Misfire, Cylinder 2, Emission Relevant P1315 Misfire, Cylinder 3, Emission Relevant P1316 Misfire, Cylinder 4, Emission Relevant P1317 Misfire, Cylinder 5, Emission Relevant P1318 Misfire, Cylinder 6, Emission Relevant P1319 Misfire, Emission Relevant You should stop driving (or even starting the car) and get it to a Porsche specialty shop. Your timing chain has jumped and it could cause major damage just by running the engine.
  4. Porsche TSBs are copyrighted materials and as such are NOT available on this site. This topic is now closed.
  5. Sorry, but there are thousands of possibilities without the actual serial number..
  6. You could remove the radio and hope it has a correct serial number label. or You need a new radio, a used radio, or a radio repair.
  7. You didn't read the Lost Radio Code FAQ "CDR-23 (or later): These radios do not have a security code - that is, not that the user enters. These radios are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. The radios are programmed and recognized by the car’s DME and can only be replaced by a shop with a PST2 or PIWIS. These radios will not request a code when battery power is disconnected."
  8. Pretty much the only thing that controls the deck lid purge fan is that sensor.
  9. As long as it is the same part number it should be plug n play.
  10. Those darn holders for that sensor are constantly problematic. They fall out often. You could try a new grommet 993 110 530 01 about $3.48 USD.
  11. Did you check fuse E1? If it is good then you likely have a bad air bag control unit.
  12. Is this a real Durametric or a knock-off? You should be able to clear fault codes.
  13. Did you check the ignition switch? Try wiggling the key with it on - if you get changes then you likely have a bad ignition switch.
  14. I just gave you a radio code for a different radio two days ago?
