  1. Brown wire is ground and the brown/white wire is power to the horns.
  2. Read the fault codes AND pending fault codes with the Durametric software, a PST2 or PIWIS tester and report back here.
  3. The only Porsche ones I currently see in the parts only say "Cayenne" - you can double check with the folks at Sunset Imports.
  4. Yes, but either way all keys and the immobilizer will need to be programmed.
  5. Have your dealer re-program the car's DME so that you have the latest software. They can check the transmission at the same time.

  9. There is a great deal of detail in the TSB. It will depend on the options on your car - in many cases you will need "other" parts.
  10. No, the adjustment is made at rear wheels with a screwdriver adjusting the brake shoes inside the rear hubs. Please do a search as this as been covered in more detail here.
  11. Yes, that is the correct part number for the complete kit. There is a 12 page TSB with that and the installation instructions. All TSBs are available here for viewing by our Contributing members only. Just click on any "Donate" link to become a Contributing Member.

  17. 993.361.303.09 will have the Porsche crest. 993.361.303.05 is for MY99 C4's. 993.361.303.10 is for MY00 and newer C4's. 996.361.303.13 is for My05 and newer Turbo S.

  19. Can someone help on wire harness to activate Boxster Aerokit II rear spolier 3rd brake light? I recently bought the spoiler from Ebay without any hardware & bought the 3rd brake light from a shop but they don't have the wire harness. Appreciate any suggestion. TQ Did you search for this in the Boxster section? 986.612.981.22 wiring harness for the read lid (Aerokit II)
  20. Sorry, 5 or 10 minutes won't likely do it. He should drive with the bleed valve open for a couple of days - topping up the coolant as needed daily.

  22. P0344 Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Intermittent Possible cause of fault: Camshaft rotor (phase sender wheel) damaged. Make sure you don't other camshaft position faults.
