  4. :welcome: Possibly a sticking lifter if it changes with RPM changes. Otherwise it is likely exhaust related.
  5. The sensor (item 18) sends a signal to the headlights where a motor inside the headlights adjust the headlight angle for hills. Is this part on the front or rear of the car? Looks like the rear in the picture.
  6. If you tell me the item number from the pic I posted I'll look up the part number and price for you...
  7. Please try a search - I got 3 pages of results for "P1125".
  8. 996.512.551.03 Gas pressure spring -- US MSRP $41.10 At the going rate for USD my guess is that would be about 24 GBP.
  9. 987.563.005.00.M7Z Boxster hardtop (complete) in GT Silver Metallic -- US MSRP $3226.36 You will have to give the folks at Sunset Imports a call or email - as I do not see anything about the interior color (on the complete hardtop).
  10. Try 7070 or 7068 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  11. IMHO - yes. I would put the one on the left side - near traffic.
  12. Looks like a bad hose or water pump to me...
  13. You will need to remove one original horn and replace it with the air horn. Yes, pretty easy +12 volts to +12 volts and ground to ground. You can either remove the second horn or leave it in place. If you remove it be sure to tape up the connector well.
  14. Maybe twice as loud as normal. If you are standing right in front of the car it is very loud - 10-20 feet away in the next lane it is not.
  15. For MY97 there is an electrical solenoid that locked the mechanical handles. The latches are mechanically actuated but the handles (solenoid) must be unlocked.
  16. I bought the Griots Ultra compact air horn - $39.95 (as I recall). http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/car+ac...vals&page=1 There is a horn at the front left and front right in the area of the fog lights. You can get to them by removing the wheel well liners.
  17. I don't think there is a relay - I think it is solid state and in the fan motor housing. The schematic shows only control from the DME.
  18. Don't confuse the clutch with the brakes - it is a somewhat separate process. If you are manually bleeding the brakes then the process is to have the assistant apply pressure to the pedal while you release a bleed valve. If the pedal hit the floor they need to hold it there until you tighten the valve. Then pump the pedal up and continue the same process until there is no air. The $40 I spent for a Motive Power bleeder has been a huge time savings for me. When bleeding the clutch I don't think it can be done without a power bleeder -as the clutch pedal needs to remain fully depressed when fluid is pushed through the lines to remove any air. Where do you live? Perhaps another member can loan you a power bleeder.
  19. Model and year of your car please?
  20. 997-505-411-01 bumper (in primer) - no parkassist -- US MSRP $939.47 997-505-911-01 bumper (in primer) - with parkassist -- US MSRP $1218.78

  22. Sounds like there is a mechanical failure in the lock/latch assembly.
  23. Loren, had my cardan shaft replaced today. Couldn't find the part number on the old one, but I did find a sticker that had "7L0 521 102 D" Is this a part number? If so, do you which version of the shaft is corresponds to? I was told by dealer while the vehicle was under warranty that I had the new part number, and then the thing fails not too long after warranty is out. Sorry, I can not tell from that number. What new cardan shaft - there have been 5.
  24. How come some Boxster Red interiors had black steering wheels? It is how you placed your order.
