  1. There is rear no mount point on late 3.4 liter and all 3.6 liter engines.
  2. :welcome: Check with your dealer/OPC they may have forgotten to activate it. Oh.. sorry, you were asking about charging. There is a TSB that says: "For the connection of your new generation iPod/iPhone 3G, Apple has modified the assignment of the Dock Connector. Due to the modification by Apple of the Dock Connector for the new generation iPod/iPhone as of the middle of 2008, the previous charging function of the standard audio interface via the Dock Connector is no longer available for the new devices. In this case, a charging function for new Apple devices is available via the USB/Dock Connector cable included with the devices. The part number for the iPhone 3G interface cable with charging capability is 997.612.471.02."

  9. :welcome: 955.553.307.00.5Q2 Armrest -- US MSRP $213.83 Try the folks at Sunset Imports (Porsche Parts at Dealer Cost) - link near top right of any page.
  10. That voltage is just a little low. AC and all fans should be off during the measurement. Any large current draws? The battery test is essential as a bad battery simply will not take a charge as it should. If it is a "maintainer" then it should be shutting off when the battery is at capacity - a "charger" does not do that and can damage a battery by over charging.
  11. Look for salvage yard that specializes in Porsches.
  12. Porsche reman engines are factory rebuilt and include a two year warranty (in the US - I do not know about RoW). Dealers don't rebuild engines - they just install them.
  13. MAF wire clip - 999.507.544.00 -- US MSRP 0.77 each Sorry, I am not sure what part on the deck lid - the aerokit does not have wiring the purge fan and stop light do.
  14. I don't see a part number for the just the seal in the parts list - perhaps you can send an email call Sunset Imports (Porsche Parts at Dealer Cost) and thye might be able to find it.
  15. Probably time to clean the throttle body and run some Techron through the engine.
  16. No additional hardware - but it does require payment and an IPAS code to turn it on from Porsche.
  17. Adjusting Hood Latch Mechanism
  18. Try 4810 or 4808 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  19. Yes, if there is oil on the coils then you likely need to replace the oil tubes and o-rings.
  20. Did you do a search here? I think not because you would have likely found this DIY... DIY Upgraded Ignition Switch/Lock Installation for 996/Boxster
  21. It would be highly unusual to have misfires on only one cylinder. What did that spark plug look like? Covered in oil? Does it look the same as the spark plug in the next cylinder over?
  22. Ok - you have posted this 4 times now. Please wait for a reply.
  23. Oil on the coils or oil on the spark plugs? First one is oil tune o-rings and the second is a much bigger problem.
  24. You likely have a bad ground or bad alternator.
