  1. You will need to find someone with the Durametric software or a PIWIS tester to find the fault code(s) to fully diagnose the problem.
  2. Model and year of your car please?
  3. With or without Porsche entry and drive? By gray do you mean "prime coated satin aluminum"?
  4. Try 9345 or 9343 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  5. Please read this and follow the instructions... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST I will only answer radio code requests in the thread linked at the end of the FAQ. This topic is closed.
  6. Only Durametric Software, a PST2 or PIWIS tester will give fault codes for other controllers. Standard code readers only do engine fault codes. 1. Check your brake lights - if they do not work then it is your brake light switch. 2. If your brake lights are okay, it could be your MAF.
  7. I've never seen a bad slave cylinder do that - but there is always a first I would look for a bent cable arm on the transmission.
  8. In the Technical Specs near the end of the Owners Manual.
  9. The parkassist control unit is plugged into the side of the central locking/alarm control unit. I believe the alarm control on a RHD car is under the passenger seat.
  10. Radiator fans are on a 40A circuit. Cigarette lighter is a 15A circuit. Now you know why the fuse blew. You need to look at the schematic - the relays turn on fan motor at either normal speed or high speed - one through the ballast resistor and one not through the ballast..
  11. Where did you get the codes? off the list on the front trunk? maintenance manual sticker? M292 and M502 don't come up on any of my lists - are you sure they may not be some other number?
  12. Try 5221 or 5219 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  13. Try 8816 or 8814 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  14. Try 8722 or 8720 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
  15. For what country please? XPA = 3 spoke leather steering wheel in leather interior color
  16. Model (coupe. cab, Targa) and year car please?
  17. 996 and 986 fuel filters are the same. http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=7062
  18. Are you connecting up a NAV system? Under the drivers seat is the closest that I can think of and what Porsche uses with their NAV systems.
  19. From the TSB "After the deactivation device (crossbar with belt lock) has been installed and enabled, the passenger side airbags (including airbag passenger door) are deactivated by inserting the belt tongue from the child seat into the belt lock (receptacle) on the cross-bar"
  20. Yes, same engine - same belt.
  21. Unless you can find a dealer that happens to have a Tequipment version in stock you are likely going to have to make your own. Unless you got lucky and found a wrecked car that had option M265.
  22. The socket size is the same for all headlights.
  23. Targa gets a different rain sensor and harness than coupe or cab. The correct part number for the Targa rain sensor/harness is 996.612.526.00. Is that what you have? I am sending you a PM also.
  24. Most folks just pick up a Boxster buckle at a wrecking/salvage yard.
