  1. Does your car the build code for sport suspension? If you are not sure PM me your VIN and I will check it.
  2. Updated parts list (your's is 15 years old). 997.1 rear strut.pdf
  3. Do you have any fault codes? Fault codes are critical for diagnosing these sorts of problems.
  4. Not before checking to see if the purge line is open and the purge valve is working.
  5. My guess would be fuel level or leaking back into the vent line.
  6. The first thing the car (US/Canada cars) does when you turn the key is look for a fuel or vapor leak. Leave the gas cap off or if the o-ring is bad will cause a similar issue.
  7. Front: 235/40ZR x 18 Rear: 295/30ZR x 18 These worked fine on my car (MY99 996 Coupe). My front wheels were 8" not the stock 7.5". I do not think you can go any wider on the front and very little on the rear.
  8. I already answered your post above...
  9. Based on VS008976 try 7538
  10. Try this... USA Standard O-Ring Size Chart | AS568 O-Ring Sizes WWW.MARCORUBBER.COM Use the USA standard o-ring sizing chart to find Parker and AS568 o-ring sizes that work for your application. Millions of o-ring sizes are in-stock and ready to ship today. Use the o-ring size chart to find the perfect AS568 o-rings for you.
  11. Normally if there were a cam/valve issue you would get a fault code for that also.
