  1. They did not post the second page that goes with that for DME 7.2 - there are both descriptions for "Above" and "Below" limits. DME 5.2.2 defines it as I explained above -- so in DME 7.2 and later those faults can mean either. The "other" requirement to look at is whether there are any other (emission) faults or pending faults.
  2. Usually a P1128 and/or P1130 means: that the fuel/air mixture is so lean that sensing has reached its rich threshold. That is the DME has sensed that the mixture is too lean so it has made the mixture richer - to the point it can not increase the richness of mixture any further. So, if the DME thinks the mixture is too lean (based on O2 sensors and MAF) -- then you have air leaking in somewhere in the intake. Or in a few case (especially Boxsters) you could have a weak fuel pump.

  4. WHT 001 693 is the latest part number for 2003-2006 Cayenne (except high pressure spare). The cost is MSRP $5.88 each
  5. Not likely an O2 sensor unless you have other codes. That would depend on where the air leak is.
  6. There are no instructions for "Turbo S" currently available from Porsche. You should be able to adjust these instructions for the "Turbo" to work. (click to enlarge) Position the logo -Turbo- with the dimensions -A and C- → Dimension: 92 mm and -B- → Dimension: 36 mm-1 mm on the rear lid and stick it on.
  7. 1. Very possibly - yes. 2. You did not say about the wheel well housing. Fenders are the same but the wheel well housing is different for the Turbo. I would highly suggest sticking with Turbo parts and duct work. If it were the other way around and you put Turbo parts on an S you would be fine - too much air is okay - not enough or directly wrongly is a problem.

For the O2 sensor faults - try clearing the faults, re-install the stock mufflers (or least the stock carts) and see if the problem persists. If not you will need to find an exhaust setup that does not cause O2 sensor faults.

You will have to check with the dealer to find out the date on the DVD but the latest listed in the April 2014 parts list is: 997-044-902-51 -- MSRP $298.99 I doubt ytou will be able to find the latest (legal) version on eBay or Craigslist - people usually sell their old version to people on those sites.

  13. The dealer has a master set of keys so they can remove any wheel even if the owner lost their key. Yes, they do not sell individual keys only complete sets - this may see expensive and silly but it also discourages thieves from just buying (or stealing) a few keys and then stealing your wheels. If someone has a better theft deterrent - I am sure Porsche (as well as other manufacturers would be interested).
  14. Simple answer is no - not without a lot of work and expense. There are plenty of really good after market replacements - do a search here.

  16. :welcome: It will likely come down to whether he has a Porsche PIWIS tester or not. A PIWIS tester will narrow the problem down quickly -- any other method is just guessing and exchanging parts.
