  1. That will depend on the finish. Leather or leatherette and color.
  2. Yes, did you view the DIY video in the video section?
  3. Durametric, PST2, or PIWIS will definitely reset the air bag (if the problem is fixed). A few other scan tools can also - but most do not.
  4. The front bumper/spoiler should be a mm or two above the front hood. This can be adjusted using the screws under the front hood along with loosening the screws at the fender wells. The idea is to direct the air flow over the hood - and not get caught at the lip of the hood. If the hood is too high you will get wind noise and potentially high speed handling issues. Sometimes it is best to have another person hold the bumper at the proper position while you tighten down the screws.
  5. Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ.... "Can you give me a code for my PCM? These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/OPC. The PCM’s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested. Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/OPC."
  6. What year car are you connected to? There were a bunch of bug fixes between v29 and v34 -- as well as firmware update to the KTS 520.
  7. Yes, check for poor connections and/or corrosion before replacing any parts.
  8. :welcome: Please state the exact model and year of your car -- and whether it is US/Canada or RoW car.
  9. Search is your friend... http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/5942-roof-rail-covers/?p=29500
  10. There is no relay for the sunroof per se. The electronics for the sunroof are on/in the sunroof motor.
  11. Sorry, but that is not true - in 996 mark I the wheel speed sensors go to the instrument cluster - which is where the OBDII gets it. In the 996 mark II the wheel speed sensors DME and then go to the instrument cluster via CAN bus.
  12. If needed, the model # is R2896. Thanks so much! Try 7649 I tried it, but the 7 begins to flash after a few seconds and nothing else happens. Do I need to do anything other than punch in the numbers? What is the exact model name on the front of the radio? It should start with "PORSCHE xxx-xxx" where xxx-xxx is the model number. radio_removal.jpg It's a CDR 210 Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ for the procedure.

  15. Did you look in the Cayenne DIY Tutorial section? It is there: http://www.renntech.org/forums/tutorials/article/310-v8-automatic-transmission-fluid-and-filter-change/
  16. If those photos are after being stopped in traffic then I would say that is normal. Normal is straight up and down needle - not 180.
  17. Are you sure that is the correct motor number? 645xxxx was originally a 911S engine -- not a turbo.
  18. Ok... this item 9? (click to enlarge)
  19. No, there are no under car lubrication points.
