  2. I think those go through he ignition switch - try moving it around.
  3. The rotors should if they fail the minimum tolerances as measured on the rotor and/or thickness, runout, obvious signs of scoring, or cracks. $1000 seems pretty steep to me for rear brakes - I would get a second quote from a good independent Porsche shop.
  4. Did you check the level in the PDCC reservoir? If that is okay - then you will likely need a PIWIS to further diagnose which sensor and what may be bad (pump, valve, etc.).

  6. Try 1352 Thank you Loren for your fast respond, but it did not work. Did you obtain the serial number using the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ? If not, then please do so and re-submit.
  7. It will be bank 1 sensor in front of the cat (engine side). There are diagrams of where bank 1 is here. You will need an O2 sensor socket (with the slot for the wire) to remove an replace it. Do not get oil or lubricate anywhere near the sensor.

  14. Yes, it would appear that those are the wrong plugs for a Cayenne Turbo. The correct plugs for a Cayenne Turbo are: 999 170 228 90 Cayenne S Spark Plugs The V8 naturally aspirated engine has nickel-yttrium spark plugs with four ground electrodes, which must be changed every 36,000 miles (60,000 km) or after 4 years according to the Technical Manual. Cayenne Turbo Spark Plugs The V8 turbo engine has air gap spark plugs with one double-platinum ground electrode, which must be changed every 24,000 miles (40,000 km) or after 4 years.
  15. You may be confusing CAN with MOST. MOST is for audio and navigation systems communication. MOST is on fiber optic cables. CAN is for operation controls modules to communicate. CAN is on conventional wires. The wiring diagrams from Porsche show various MOST configurations (depending on options).

  17. Do you mean replace PCM 2.1 with PCM 3.0? I see to remember someone doing that... perhaps it was in a Cayenne.
  18. I am also 6 ft and I have manual seat adjustments - my helmet hits the roof too. Best you can do short of replacing the seat with GT3 (racing buckets) is to open the sunroof vent (raised at the rear only) - at least that is what I do.
  19. Yes yellow - but I think your car has the diversity antenna (amp) which is between the PCM and the antenna. Is this a repair or what are you trying to do?
  20. It should be labeled "G1".
