  1. Those are RoW springs - you are likely going ot have to ask whomever you bought them from - as the Porsche Service Manual (986 through both 987 series) only used green and white.
  2. Sorry but if you do not know how to read a wiring diagram then it is likely best to find someone that does to do this for you. You would need to match the connections point for point. And of course you do know you need the MY02 or newer fenders and headlight mounts - these are not even close to "plug 'n play".
  3. Basically - the goal of the maintenance documents is to preset the tech with "what to check". Upon seeing something wrong they are to do what is necessary to correct it. So if the radiators look dirty (upon inspection) then you take the next steps of removing the bumper and thoroughly cleaning the radiators and condensers. At least that is what any good shop (or owner) I know would do.
  4. I think it is considered Annual Maintenance both on US/Canada cars as well as RoW. The US Annual Maintenance says: "Radiators and air inlets at front: visual inspection for external contamination and blockage => Checking cooling system"
  5. Sorry, that is a later revision of the cluster that only works on MY2001.
  6. Exact model and year car please?
  7. 1 green line = 6.5 mm thick compensation part. 1 white line = 3.0 mm thick compensation part.
  8. P0430 45 TWC Conversion, Bank 2 - Above Limit Possible fault cause - Oxygen sensor ahead of and after TWC exchanged - Valve lift fault - Aged oxygen sensor after TWC - TWC faulty 1. Check whether the oxygen sensors ahead of and after the TWC. 2. Perform system test for small lift. 3. Replace TWC.
  9. Please post the exact model and year car you are speaking about.
  10. Some radios have an internal fuse - some don't. The name is right next to the word "Porsche" on the radio -- this on is a "CDR-220"
  11. Check out this MOTOR Newsletter article about whether the U.S.Copyright Office has the authority to decide if third-party groups, researchers or individuals can continue to access vehicle software or whether that software will be fully protected by copyright law.
  12. Did you follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ to get your correct serial number?
  13. The parts list show them to be the same part number. Can you read a part number on the tensioner?
  14. If this is a 2002 or newer car and the belt tensioner fired in an accident - then the belt tensioners will need to be replaced. Starting in MY2002 the belt tensioners are pyrotechnic (like your airbags) - if fired they must be replaced.
