  1. Did you put a code tester on it? If you post the codes here we can help,
  2. How old is your main battery? Cayennes seem to have a number of strange electrical problems when the main battery is weak or failing. If your battery is 4 years old or older I would start by replacing it.
  3. The interior colors available for MY2011 Carrera 2S were: Black Stone Grey Sand Beige Sea Blue Terracotta Cocoa Darkgrey natural Brown natural Carrera Red Expresso If you PM me your VIN I might be able to find out in a parts lookup.
  4. I agree removing the inside door panel is the only way to get at the broken latch mechanism.
  5. Please be more specific - most folks use "CS' For Cayenne S. Is this a Cayenne or a 997-2?

  11. Have you checked the car for fault codes? I suspect you have at least one that should point you to the cause.
