  1. Front or rear - CV joints are only on the rear. CV joints are usually a lower (bass like) sound - usually on first forward or first reverse. Wheel bearings are usually higher pitched and can be varying due to vehicle speed.
  2. I sent you a PM. You have a bit of work ahead since the door panel and handles have to be removed. Porsche book time is just under two hours so I would expect a first timer to double that time.
  3. Then perhaps a small donation to help keep this site running..... Thank you.
  4. Kessy Lock or standard locks please. BTW... your commercial signature has removed as those are not allowed here (site Guidelines).
  5. You obviously did not read the Lost Radio Code FAQ... "Can you give me a code for my PCM? These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/OPC. The PCM’s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested. Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/OPC."
  6. http://durametric.com/ About 287 USD. It will do most common DIY tasks and some professional tasks. You can read what it does (for your model car) and it's limitations on their website.
  7. That is the top control unit - the overturn circuitry is also in there I believe. Which white wire to which connector please? Sorry I can not tell from the photos.
  8. I sent you a PM. There is not an rollbar ECU - just an overturn sensor circuit. What are you trying to do?
  9. You need to read the fault codes. Could be ab air leak (something bumped during oil change). The fault codes will point to the issue(s).
  10. Exact model and year of your car please? Also - manual or Tiptronic?
  11. A portion of being part of any community of enthusiasts is sharing... think what it would be like if no one here shared. So please do share your experience(s) good or bad.
