  1. Through any Porsche authorized shop.
  2. Steel Grey is 5R3 for plastic parts, and PBK for leatherette, and PBP for leather.
  3. They just need to request the activation codes from Porsche AG again. Assuming they have tried a reset with PIWIS.
  4. With that many miles and age I would suggest a factory exchange or a salvage yard replacement. problem with a salvage yard replacement is that the same thing could happen again.
  5. Model year and mileage please?
  6. You can likely retrofit the control button - it just switches the change-over solenoids manually.
  7. Not a good model number - what does it say on the front panel of the radio?
  8. There is no warning once you pass the full mark. It certainly could be overfilled. I would drain at least half a quart and see what displays then. I like to keep mine one bar below the full mark.
  9. Please try a search here - this has been covered many times.
  10. PLEASE read the Lost Radio Code FAQ and follow the procedure to get your serial number -- THEN post here.
  11. Most likely a worn out headlight switch. Try wiggling it - if you strange responses from the lights then you have found your problem.
  12. 996.505.986.00 fits MY 98 to 01 and is the spoiler on the aerokit bumper. I suspect the "M100" is an aftermarket spoiler - as it is not in Porsche's parts list.
  13. I've never found a need to remove the rear bumper just the mufflers. The exceptions being the 996 Turbo and the GT2.
