  1. That is what the fault codes will tell us. If the car's systems recorded any anomalies they would be either fault codes or pending fault codes.
  2. Your post bump has been removed per forum Rules. Have you run a diagnostic tool on the car to see if there are fault codes?
  3. There is a diagram you can download in the 3rd post in this thread. There is a controller - not a relay. Check your fuses first.
  4. The 2006 Cayenne S English Operators Manual (WKD 948 020 06) is not expensive. Only 18.63 USD.
  5. All Cayenne models can optionally be equipped with a backup battery (starter battery). This backup battery ensures that the vehicle can still be started even if the vehicle battery (main battery) is discharged. The main battery is the one under the driver's seat (LHD).
  6. Porsche does not quote a "book time" for this - but I am sure I could do it less than hour (likely 15 minutes). MSRP on the complete canister is $366.39.
  7. Remove the top bracket and then lift the canister as much as possible. Release the large coupling and pull it off. Then release the small coupling and pull it off also. Remove the canister. Install is the reverse order.
  8. US or RoW car please (as the canisters are different).
  9. It always helps to list the exact model and year of car. Many small leaks are not the canister itself but one of the valves or line connections. I suggest further investigation...
  10. Exact model and year please?
  11. Lots of splices in those wires - this could take some time to trace the wires via the wiring diagram. I've seen worse though... (fire under the dash - we had to replace the whole car harness).
  12. There is a cable to the rear wing for those lights - best inspect it for corrosion or damage. Has the wing been changed out or is the factory stock wing?
  13. Most good auto repair shops have them.
  14. If those are new and the correct parts then you have an intake air leak. Use a smoke machine to check for air leaks.
  15. You will need Durametric or a Porsche PIWIS tester to successfully read codes, clear them, and do some programming.
  16. Likely time to clean the cold start valve (ICV) and throttle body. This has been covered here many times so please search.
  17. Exact model and year of the car please?
  18. I agree that since this happens under load an air leak is likely. But you usually get a fault when that happens. If you have a smoke machine it is likely a time to use it.
  19. There should be a fuse map in the door covering the fuses.
