  1. The car does not need the MAF to start and idle. The MAF makes the biggest difference above 4000 RPM. No spark would lead to unburned fuel hence the smell.
  2. Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ. We do not support that radio.
  3. Please do not change anything else yet. First does the car run (sound) normal or does it miss or backfire? Those codes (except the MAF fault) are all misfires and can be due to a number of things especially after changing plugs. What spark plugs did you use? Did you properly torque all of the spark plugs? (also not over-torqued enough to crack the new spark plugs) Double check the coil packs to see the electrical connectors are properly seated and also make sure the new coils were not overtightened and cracked. Clear all the codes start the car and see what faults comes back.
  4. What is the exact fault code(s) please?
  5. The rubber part is not listed in PET -- I suggest you should give Sunset Porsche a call on Monday - 888-502-5927.
  6. 9A1 375 039 02 Transmission carrier -- US MSRP $85.44
  7. Engine carrier to engine is 34 ftlb.
  8. Congrats! 986 and 987 are very similar. I biggest difference (IMHO) is the power in an S vs a normal Boxster. With that few miles I would change the oil and filter, brake fluid, and at least view the condition of the transmission oil. Check the brake pads and tires for uneven wear. Many of the better clear bra films can be cleaned with a mild pre-wax car cleaner (I like P21S) and then when wax is applied it will disappear again. Good luck with your "new" car.
  9. I do not see a TSB for that. The PDK just like many other sub-systems with controls has diagnostics and I would suggest getting someone with a PIWIS or at least Durametric look for any transmission fault codes. The report any faults back here.
  10. TSBs are copyrighted material (by Porsche) and not available here (or anywhere but Porsche).
  11. Try 8910 Read the Lost Radio Code FAQ.
  12. You will need a Porsche specific diagnostic tool to read most anything other than engine fault codes. Durmatetric is the most popular.
