  1. You can get the correct serial number using the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ.
  2. Sorry your check light is on or off? Do the antilock light (symbols) flash on the instrument cluster when this happens? Is the parking brake completely off? Do the brakes work well (normally) when driving forward? Have you checked the brake booster and the connecting hoses/lines for leaks or wear? Did the shop use a Porsche diagnostic tool?
  3. Also make sure your cigar lighter fuse is good - on your car fuse D5 (15A).
  4. This the one I use and will work on most all Porsches from 1997 on.
