  1. You need to read the Lost Radio Code FAQ - follow the procedure there to post in that one thread. This topic is now closed.
  2. If you want to know about a third radiator install I covered it here: This was back before the days of Uview Airlift so I had to drive the car for a few minutes then top up radiator - this took a couple of days. So, Uview Airlift is definitely the best choice.
  3. 0W-40 or 0W-50 are Porsche recommended oils depending on your local climate. Where I live it is common to have several days (in a row) over 100 degrees F -- I have always still used 0W-40 with no issues. More important is to keep those (leaf and debris catching) radiators clean. The kind of cleaning where you remove the front bumper (covered here even in video) and clean the hard to get to places.
  4. The problem is finding new seals only - so just trash it. Looks like you are on your way to driving again
  5. In the old days, we would rebuild those with new seals and a little honing to remove any rough spots. Now I think it is best to just replace it - since there have been at least 6 iterations of the slave cylinder. Here is the latest rev: 997 116 237 04 Clutch slave cylinder -- US MSRP $163.89
  6. As JFP said - pretty sure that is a pop-in-out plastic rivet.
  7. It is always helpful if you tell us the exact year and model of the car.
  8. Yes, it will not be fast since the clutch valve opening is small. Motive pressure should be just under 20 psi. Keep the pedal depressed during the whole time the valve is open. Once the valve is closed and tight manually pull the pedal back. It may take a few pedal actuations for the pedal to feel normal.
  9. Your order type is wrong.
  10. Trying again is the best move at this point. If that does not help it could be that the 17-year-old slave cylinder is leaking back. In that case, you likely need a new slave cylinder. Also, check the pedal mechanism itself for binding or sticking.
  11. If you have not seen these take a look. Just got my first RENNSTAND on July 13th. Quality and workmanship are outstanding. I haven't tried it yet (too darn hot out). https://safejacks.com/collections/compact-jack-stands/products/the-rennstand-by-safe-jack On back order now...
