  1. Best to download the latest software version and install it.
  2. If the additional grounds have already been done then it comes back to the seat belt buckle. If the TSB has not been done - then it should be. PM me if you need instructions. Some have cleaned the belt contacts and gotten a couple more years out of them but eventually, they will wear out and need replacement.
  3. Year and model of the car, please?
  4. Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ and follow the procedure there. The VIN does nothing for radio code - since changed could have been changed out numerous times.
  5. Fault code 4460 Possible cause of fault: - Short circuit to ground/B+ or open circuit - Plug connection on stop light switch faulty - Incorrect adjustment of the stop light switch - Wiring/plug connection between the pressure sensor and control module faulty - Pressure sensor faulty Note! A malfunction of the stop light switch can cause this fault. The stoplight switch must have switched before a brake pressure is recognized. When the brake pedal is actuated, the stop light switch and the brake lights are triggered. The brake pressure on the pressure sensor is 0 bar.
  6. It is always helpful if you tell us the exact model and year of the car.
  7. Most likely a hose but best look for damage in the radiator too. You may be able to see it by removing that front tire and wheel well liner.
  8. Basic sound, BOSE, or Burmeister sound? As of 2006 wiring diagrams are only available in PIWIS.
  9. It is always helpful if you tell us the exact model and year of your car. Wiring diagrams are model year specific.
  10. Best check the ignition switch.
  11. Correct - totally different engine and exhaust.
  12. Yup, here it is with the clutch slave cylinder (22). I would start with clean fresh DOT4 brake fluid. Bleed both the brakes and clutch. See the DIY here:
  13. Check for leaks and if you have not changed the clutch/brake fluid in the last two years you should.
  14. When spring gets unhooked (or breaks) the pedal goes to the floor.
  15. If trhe gas pedal is all the way to the floor then it could be the spring on the throttle return has broken or is off.
  16. Did you use the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ to get your correct serial number?
