  1. Yes, those will fit on a narrow body car. I have them on mine.
  2. P0130 - Oxygen Sensor Ahead of Catalytic Converter (Cylinders 1 . 3) - Intercore Short Circuit or Limited Voltage Increase Possible causes: Crack in ceramic material - Oxygen sensor Reference air polluted - Wiring harness Short circuit in signal wire to sensor ground - DME control module (intercore short circuit).
  3. 955 110 691 00 Spring Clip -- US MSRP $10.02 each (2 required per car)
  4. If someone put Litronics in the car without wiring up a control module for each then I think that is what you get. A "real" Litronics upgrade includes control modules and headlights.
  5. Unclip control unit from the holder A. Release electric connector A and remove it from control unit.
  6. The buttons 1 to 3 can be programmed with a frequency of an original remote control. Prerequisites for operating and programming the HomeLink: – The ignition is switched on. – The fog lights are switched off. To activate the required equipment: Press the relevant button 1, 2 or 3. The LED A lights up during signal transmission. The control unit is behind the front bumper. Assigning garage door opener/HomeLink signals to buttons - Hold the two outer buttons 1 and 3 down for around 20 seconds until the LED A starts to flash quickly. All programmed signals for the buttons 1 to 3 are erased. 1. Press the required button until the LED flashes slowly. You then have around 5 minutes to complete steps 2 and 3. 2. Hold the original remote control approx. 0 - 30 cm in front of the marked position on the vehicle. 3. Press the Send button on the original remote control until the fog lights flash three times (up to approx. 45 seconds). 4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to assign further buttons. The Homelink goes through the onboard computer (OBC) (no separate fuse). So, many other things would not work if the OBC was down.
  7. Exact model and year of the car, please?
  8. Well, that should not happen - changing the car battery should not affect the keys. Do the keys have good batteries? If all is okay then somehow the central locking and alarm module got confused and may need to be re-programmed.
  9. Send me a PM with your VIN and I will look it up.
  10. More likely your window regulator is worn out.
  11. The cluster would likely need a PST2 or PIWIS diagnostic tester to transfer settings to work correctly. Besides transferring the mileage and country setting you would also need to transfer the options (cruise control and/or OBC). The cluster would not make your car go faster though... You should also check with your state laws about odometer reading and transferring - as there could be further legal requirements.
  12. How old is the battery? If you do not know or the battery 4 years old or older then I suggest starting with a new battery. These cars are very sensitive to weak or failing batteries.
  13. 996 426 277 02 Pressure Spring - if the stock is still available. If not, then you would have to buy the repair kit 000 043 204 57 Repair Kit - US MSRP $222.92
  14. Exact model and year of your car, please?
  15. The phone prep connector at the base of the dash center console. Brown - ground Yellow/Black - telephone mute Green/Black - switched 12 volts Red/Green - unswitched 12 volts
  16. Probably not worth your time trying to clean - they wear out - so just replace it.
  17. Did this happen after replacing the car battery? With or without Kessy?
  18. Sorry, no the 996 605 103 01 is unique up to MY1999.
