  1. Any Porsche shop with one of those tools. You do not need IPAS codes for a cluster change.
  2. Yes, programming with a PST2 or PIWIS must be done whenever you change an instrument cluster.
  3. If it is not resetting after a turn then it is likely broken and needs replacement - sorry.

Possible fault causes: - Electric fault in control line between DME and ignition coil - Spark plug connector faulty - Ignition coil faulty - Spark plug faulty - Secondary air - Mechanical or electrical fault in injection valve - Valve seat or valve faulty - Valve lift control faulty - Exhaust system blocked/narrowed - Foreign bodies in intake tract, this can lead to sporadic misfires on changing cylinders.

  10. Yes, and MY200 Boxster. The radio also may have a separate in-line fuse. As well, the amp if you have one.
  11. Read and follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ.
  12. CDR-23 radios are matched to the car using PIWIS - so yes, either a dealer or shop with PIWIS.
  13. Not sure what you are talking about - perhaps a photo or two?
