  1. The C4S rear bumper is also different will not likely fit your car without modification - because your car is a narrow wheelbase car and C4S is a wide body (like the Turbo). The taillights are also different and like the bumper may not fit in your narrow body car. In my opinion this is going to be an expense conversion if you want to do it right. ps. I personally would never buy from LA Dismantler - too many horror stories from those that have.
  2. What model radio? (on the front panel)
  3. Try the Durametric (Porsche) top calibration function.
  4. Didn't read the Lost Radio Code FAQ eh? "CDR-23 (or later): These radios do not have a security code - that is, not that the user enters. These radios are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. The radios are programmed and recognized by the car’s DMEand can only be replaced by a shop with a PST2 or PIWIS. These radios will not request a code when battery power is disconnected."
  5. The center console removal is different for MY02 and newer cars.
  6. CDC-3 is a CD Changer, not a radio. Please read the Lost Radio Code FAQ.
  7. Porsche specific codes (codes other than emissions codes) require a more specialized tool. Durametric (requires laptop) - $287 Autel MaxiSys MS906BT - $1350 Porsche PIWIS Tester (lease) - $18,000 per year For the DIYer the Durametric is your best solution.
