  1. It is always helpful if you give us the exact model and year of your car.
  2. Read the Lost Radio Code FAQ and follow the procedure there - then post here.
  3. How old is your battery? 4 years or older? If so, I would replace it - Cayenne's do some strange stuff with a weak battery.
  4. Coolant can be tested to see it's viability to provide cooling. I would not change it unless is has become contaminated or does not test to minimum standards (for it's coolant type).
  5. Sorry, those are not OEM wheels for a 996 series car.
  6. Read the Lost Radio Code FAQ and follow the procedure there - then post here.
  7. Sorry, but something is wrong. I live in northern California and we 22 plus days per year of over 100 degrees (as high as 115) and my car remains cool -- without any fan overrides and my engine compartment purge fan almost never runs.. Granted I added the 3rd radiator but that 3rd radiator does not have a fan at all. You likely need to remove your front bumper and clean any debris. Once off then clean the AC condensers and also loosen them so you can clean the actual radiator behind them. See my 3rd radiator install DIY for more info... You could also have a stuck thermostat or better yet switch to a lower temperature thermostat for the 996... 160F Low Temperature Thermostat Insert MY97-08 M96/M97 - Cooling - Watercooled Parts & Upgrades - Products LN Engineering LNENGINEERING.COM <p>Did you know the factory thermostat doesn't start to even open until 186.8F and doesn't fully open until almost 210F? This causes hot spots inside your engine that can result in cracked heads and cylinder failures from overheating. Our 160F low tempera
  8. Hmm I have.... P2227 Ambient Air Pressure Sensor - Signal Implausible
  9. Please remind us - exact model and year...
  10. Did you get your serial number using the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ? If not, please do so and resubmit the correct serial number. if you did use the procedure and the code does not work then it is likely that your radio was repaired by a 3rd party (someone other than Becker Sound). If that is the case I am sorry but I can not help you.
  11. Yes, for Porsche specific fault codes you will need Durametric or PIWIS.
  12. Did you try clearing the code and seeing if it comes back?
  13. Didn't read the Lost Radio Code FAQ... "Can you give me a code for my PCM? These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/ OPC. The PCM’s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code, and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested. Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/ OPC."
