My car is 1999 Black 996.

The emblem I want to be black.

Coupe but it going on a RUF RGT wing / deck-lid. So II'm trying to determine which on will look best. The original deck "MY99" had the "Carrera" emblem mounted up on the hump of the deck-lid. The new deck lid Im installing will have a much flatter area along the back. So I think the later design for Coupes will work.

Please advise.

D

Below is a pic of the wing style, you might have never seen one of these, there are not too many around.

Positioning for MY02-on Carrera coupe.

1. Find the middle of the lid.

2. Position the "Carrera" logo with the dimensions A and B = 129.6 mm and C = 29 ± 1 mm on the rear lid and affix.

Mine's not the anniversary 911. I'm trying to determine the right distance for C.

Porsche only specs for real models - there is no "911" only model.

I would still put the "911" in the spec'ed spot - but it is your car so put it where you like.
