GT2 Deck Lid Wiring Harness PN

I just converted my TT to the OEM GT2 deck lid and need to get hold of the wiring harness PN so that the rear wind error stops coming up on the dash. Does anybody have this harness/loop back PN. I cant find it in my PET.

Where did you dig that number up from as my PET does not have it. 20 is the TT one, I could not find the 70 one.

I confirmed with Jeff, he thinks it's the Aero kit harness PN 996 612 070 30.

Can someone help on wire harness to activate Boxster Aerokit II rear spolier 3rd brake light? I recently bought the spoiler from Ebay without any hardware & bought the 3rd brake light from a shop but they don't have the wire harness. Appreciate any suggestion. TQ

I just removed my OEM hydraulic equipped decklid/wing and installed the aerokit rear deck lid. At first, I taped the two electical connectors that mount to the hydraulic system tightly and on my first drive, I received a spoiler warning light.

I was told to simply run the harness with the connectors "not depressed" or "loose" (they are spring loaded and make contact when installed or squeezed hard). So, I left them loose, put a small plastic bag around them to seal dirt and moisture out, tucked them under the plastic cover out of sight and went for another drive. No more light. I have now driven for a month with no light. That's all you have to do - no need to purchase a new harness...

TQ Guys. I actually bought the wire harness from a UK shop & it costs me GBP 65 incl delivery! :unsure:

by chance do you have the picture of this harness, I just installed the wing as well (not me my body shop) the light is killing me.
